Changes to schedule <br />impacts fee). To be billed monthly. <br />Timing: 8-10 months (may be longer if comprehensive plan text amendment is required due <br />to transmittal process). SB 108 may impact timing. Concurrent with Task 4.A. <br />Additional tasks outside of the scope outlined above to be billed at an hourly rate of <br />$185 per hour. <br />
