The Contractor must submit to the City a work plan detailing the procedure and schedule <br />to be used to execute the project. The work plan shall include a list of personnel and their <br />qualifications and experience (including back-up personnel in the event that an individua l <br />is unavailable), list of sub-contractors (if any), a schedule of work activity, a safety plan, <br />and contingency plans for possible problems. Work plan should be comprehensive, realistic <br />and based on actual working conditions for this particular project. Plan should document <br />the thoughtful planning required to complete the project. <br /> <br />11. The Contractor shall be responsible to obtain all necessary permits and ensure that the <br />permits remain active for the entire duration of the project at the sole expense of the <br />Contractor. <br /> <br />12. The successful proposer will be required to protect the areas to remain and repair/replace <br />damaged areas at no additional cost to the City. <br /> <br />3.2.2 Conceptual Plans: <br />At the time of proposal submission, the Proposer MUST submit a detailed sketch of what is being <br />proposed.
