Summary Minutes: Regular City Commission Meeting October 16, 2014 <br />Cib' of Sunny lsles Beach. Florida <br />Commissioner Scholl said that the rood news is that life safety trumps everything. You can <br />come to the City and the City can deal with life safety. That has overriding jurisdiction over <br />any issues. As the Mayor had pointed out, the Board issues are a separate issue, a separate <br />body. But the good news is if the problems are as severe as you say they are, then you come <br />to the Building Official and they would have to be dealt with. <br />14.
