Russo, City Manager <br />FROM: Claudia Hasbun, Planning and Zoning Administrator <br />DATE: 11120/2014 <br />Planning and Zoning Services Consultant Agreement <br />RE: Renewal <br />Bell David Planning Group, Inc. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approve the Consultant <br />Agreement Renewal for one year with Bell David Planning Group, Inc. <br />REASONS: <br />The City wishes to approve a one year renewal agreement with Bell <br />David Planning Group, Inc. for the fiscal year 2014 -2015.
