Hines, City Clerk <br />REQUEST: Dezer Bluegrass, LLC ( "Applicant') submitted a request to the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach to waive the landscaping and front setback requirements and <br />approval of graphics at the construction fence for the Bluegrass site to <br />facilitate the construction of the future project. City Commission has <br />previously approved similar requests for other construction sites. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff has no objection to the Applicant requests, as long as the conditions are <br />maintained. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Fence Graphics <br />Letter of Intent <br />Application <br />
