1 <br /> <br /> <br />ADDENDUM # 3 <br />REVISION <br />DATE: SEPTEMBER 4, 2025 <br />TO: ALL PLANHOLDERS <br />FROM: PURCHASING DIRECTOR <br />RFP NO.: TEMPORARY HOLIDAY THEMED EXPERIENCE <br />SUBJECT: ADDENDUM NO. 3 <br /> <br />PLEASE NOTE RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM BY COMPLETING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF <br />ADDENDA’ WITH YOUR PROPOSAL’S SUBMISSION. <br /> <br /> <br />ORIGINAL SECTION 2.3 MQR (A): The Prime Proposer and/or Sub-contractor shall hold the <br />proper license in the State of Florida to perform the Scope of Work set forth within this <br />solicitation to include being registered as a Certified Electrical Contractor with the State of <br />Florida along with registration to conduct business in the State of Florida in all required <br />disciplines.
