Cin, Clerk <br />RE: RatiNing the Settlement Agreement between the City and Unit Owners, <br />Hernan and Maria Garcia <br />RECONIMENDATION <br />This Resolution is presented for your consideration. <br />REASONS <br />This Resolution merely confirms a settlement agreement entered into between the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach and claimants from Plaza of Americas Condominium. These claimants had objected <br />to the acquisition of the property required for the 826 West Overpass Pedestrian Bridge. <br />
