Thru the permit process with <br />FDOT and WASA, to obtain approval to construct the project, additional information is being requested. <br />Through the permit processes with WASA, to obtain approval to construct the project, additional <br />unanticipated survey and field verification of underground utility information is being requested. <br />Through the permit processes with FDOT, it was confirmed that two additional FDOT permits will be <br />required than the firm was originally advised and scoped. <br />Keith and Associates has provided a proposal for these additional services in the amount of $30,875.00. <br />Staff is recommending approval of this amendment for additional engineering services. <br />Item Number: 9.1) <br />230 <br />
