We will integrate sponsorships and <br />community vendors to ensure the event is self-funded with potential revenue sharing with the <br />City. <br />Project Approach <br />Design & Build: Faux ice rink, holiday décor, stage setup, and bazaar booths. <br />Programming: Local school choirs, dance groups, multicultural showcases, weekend <br />headliners, and family activities. <br />Community Integration: Partnerships with local businesses and artisans for sponsorship and <br />participation. <br />Operations: Admissions model with staff, insurance, security, and maintenance, fully <br />compliant with City requirements.
