RFP No. 25-08-01 <br />2.2 THE ENTERTAINMENT DEVELOPER <br />Winterland Villages (Mobile) and Winterland Adventures (Fixed) are both divisions of the <br />Private Equities branch of the Azur Group. Created to fill a gap that was missing in our <br />Institutional and Commercial Real Estate Developments, The Winterland Concept came to fill <br />a gap brought to us by our community outreach. <br />Created in 1999, Synerglace develops revolutionary concepts of fixed ice rinks in a “turnkey” <br />formula. As European leaders in the sale and rental of temporary ice rinks, they build <br />hundreds of projects annually. <br />John Abitbol has been partner with Synerglace since he started his event career in 2001. <br />He has been the link that joined Azur Group & Synerglace and has been active in USA since <br />2018. With 20 years of experience in the field of mobile skating rinks, we have implemented <br />a unique concept to meet the demands of our customers wishing to offer a winter village <br />filled with entertainment. <br />Winterland has specialized partners to carry out its public and/or private event projects. <br />Classic, unexpected, complex or incongruous, all projects are brought to a successful <br />completion.
