RFP No. 25-08-01 <br />3.1 THE WINTERLAND VILLAGE IN NUMBERS <br />DATES OF OPERATION <br />November 22, 2025 to Juanary 15, 2026 <br />HOURS OF OPERATION <br />Mon to Thu: 3:00 PM to 09:00 PM <br />Friday: 3:00 PM to 09:00 PM <br />Saturday: 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM <br />Sunday: 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM <br />Holidays: 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM <br />LOCATION <br />Gateway Park 151 Sunny Isles Blvd, Sunny Isles Beach FL 33160 <br />SECURITY <br />• Security agents on site during the operating Hours. <br />• Extinguisher on each attraction. <br />• Sign with rules of the Villages. <br />• Minimum 1 Employee certified CPR - AED <br />• First-Aid available on site <br />• Workers Comp and background check required for all employees <br />FINANCIALS <br />Monthly Statements will be provided to the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach before the 15th of each month. Payments will be made <br />to the City at the end of the Project. <br />BUSINESS LICENSE <br />Azur Equities with WInterland villages will maintain a valid business <br />license for the City of SIB during the period of the agreement. <br />PERMITS & INSURANCES: <br />Winterland Villages will work with the City of SIB to acquire all <br />permits and insurances necessary for the installation and the <br />operation of the village.
