regulations; or if Customer has any objection to any decision or order made by ETA with respect to such laws, rules, or <br />regulations, Customer shall give prompt written notice thereof to ETA. <br />Information release <br />No information, news or press releases related to the subject of this Agreement shall be made without the written <br />consent of ETA. <br />To the extent permitted by law, including but not limited to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, except for confidential <br />information designated as "not to be shared" by the ETA, Customer shall share project related information with, and <br />fully cooperate with those corporations, firms, contractors, public utilities, government entities and persons required for <br />completion of the project. <br />Responsibilities in attached agreements <br />Customer acknowledges that certain responsibilities related to Hardware Products, Software Products and ETA <br />Services applicable to this Agreement are contained in the System Support Agreement attached as Software Support <br />Agreement and the Software Subscription Agreement attached as System Subscription Agreement. <br />Indemnification and insurance <br />Indemnification <br />ETA shall indemnify and hold the Customer harmless from liability in connection with any action resulting from ETA's <br />negligent acts, omissions, errors, willful misconduct, or violations of state or federal laws pursuant to this Agreement. <br />Insurance <br />ETA shall maintain insurances of the following types and minimum limits, as follows, for the term of this Agreement; <br />General Commercial Liability Insurance —covering bodily injury and property damage at the minimum amounts of <br />$1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. <br />Professional Errors and Omissions Insurance—covering damages resulting from errors, omissions and negligent <br />acts at the minimum amount of $1,000,000 per claim. <br />Business Automobile Liability Insurance — automobile liability for owned, hired, and non -owned vehicles with a <br />combined single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence. <br />Worker's Compensation Insurance — Worker's Compensation and employer's liability coverage, as required <br />pursuant to Florida law. <br />Initials: ETA Transit ^ 5 <br />
