Software developer rate: Hourly rates will be billed in accordance with an approved quotation <br />Senior software developer rate: Hourly rates will be billed in accordance with an approved quotation <br />Systems architect rate: Hourly rates will be billed in accordance with an approved quotation <br />Field service rate: Hourly rates will be billed in accordance with an approved quotation <br />Travel & miscellaneous: Hourly rates will be billed in accordance with an approved quotation <br />Mileage: Current IRS allowance rate/mile <br />Meals: Current federal government regional per -diem rate <br />Remote software access <br />As the software products, as well as relevant Customer data, are hosted by ETA in an intemet-accessible environment, <br />both Customer and ETA access is critical to the performance of Software Maintenance and Support Services and <br />Additional Software Services hereunder. Both parties agree to: <br />■ Take all reasonable steps to facilitate timely access to required software instances and data by the other party <br />■ Take all reasonable steps to avoid disruption of other operations of the other party <br />■ Abide by the other party's IT security policies <br />■ Refrain from accessing any internal or intemet-based networks of the other party for purposes other than <br />performance hereunder. <br />System warranty and support <br />System warranties (other than hardware and software product warranties) <br />Installation <br />ETA guarantees the installation of its Hardware and Software products for a period of 60 days commencing at the <br />Installation Milestone. Should any defects be discovered, ETA will assume the cost to remedy the installation <br />issue. This guarantee excludes any alterations or modifications to the initial installation made by the Customer. <br />Security <br />ETA hosted systems are protected by firewall Access Control Lists. Open ports shall be limited to those required <br />for Customer operation, and a quarterly rotation of login credentials deployed for secure operations.
