Certain rights and obligations applicable specifically to Software <br />Products are included in the Software Subscription Agreement between the parties attached as System <br />subscription agreement (when applicable). <br />"ETA Services" means the items labeled as "NRE', "Maintenance", "Support', "Project Management', "Training", <br />"Education", "Travel", "Handling" of "Installation" on the Quotation or Purchase Order attached as Exhibit 1.
