Contract Renewal. The Parties hereby renew the Contract for five years, the period beginning <br />April 18, 2022, and ending April 17, 2027. <br />III. Conflict. To the extent any of the terms of this Amendment conflict with the terms of the <br />Contract, the terms of this Amendment shall control. <br />IV. Effect. This Amendment and its Exhibits are hereby made a part of this Contract. All other <br />terms and conditions of the Contract shall remain in full force and effect. Except as otherwise <br />expressly set forth herein, the terms and conditions contained in the Contract and subsequent <br />amendments are unchanged. <br />V. Entire Understanding. This Amendment sets forth the entire understanding between the <br />Parties with regard to the subject matter hereof. <br />VI. Effective Date.
