SERIAL 16154 -RFP <br />6.19 SEVERABILITY: <br />The invalidity, in whole or in part, of any provision of this Contract shall not void or affect the <br />validity of any other provision of this Contract. <br />6.20 RIGHTS IN DATA: <br />The County shall have the use of data and reports resulting from a Contract without additional cost <br />or other restriction except as may be established by law or applicable regulation. Executive Order 2009-09 supersedes Executive order 99-4 and amends <br />Executive order 75-5 and may be viewed and downloaded at the Arizona State Library <br />Research website <br />(htta://azmemory.azlibrary.2ov/cdm/sin2leitem/collection/execorders/id/680/rec/1) which is <br />hereby incorporated into this contract as if set forth in full herein.
