(f/k/a Taser International, Inc.), <br />a Delaware corporation ("Axon"), and the City of Sunny Isles Beach (FL) ("Agency"). This Amendment is <br />effective as of the last signature date on this Amendment ("Effective Date"). Axon and Agency are each a <br />"Party" and collectively "Parties". <br />Axon and Agency are Parties to the Master Services and Purchasing Agreement by and between Axon <br />Enterprise, Inc. and the City of Sunny Isles Beach (FL), dated September 30, 2024 (the "Agreement"). <br />The Parties wish to incorporate further changes into the Agreement in order to expand the scope of offered <br />products. <br />The Parties therefore agree as follows: <br />1. The Parties intend to utilize the Sourcewell Contract for the goods and services detailed in the <br />Quote attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference (the "Quote"). <br />2. The attached documents are hereby incorporated into the Agreement: <br />a. Technology Assurance Plan Appendix <br />b. Virtual Reality Appendix <br />c. Quote 0-691086-45908JD (Exhibit A) <br />3.
