8. GENERAL PROVISIONS. <br />A. Delivery of Notices. Indemnification. <br />i. Scope of Indemnity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedSpeed shall defend, <br />indemnify and hold the City, its officials, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents free and <br />harmless from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, costs, expenses, liability, loss, <br />Page 10 of 31 <br />
