ARTICLE 15 <br />LABOR-MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE <br />Section 1. The City and the PBA shall each name up to three (3) individuals who are <br />employed by the City of Sunny Isles Beach as members of the Labor -Management Committee. This <br />Committee may meet and confer regarding any issues related to the Police Department, which either <br />party would like to discuss. This shall not constitute renegotiations of the Agreement but shall serve as a <br />forum for exchange of suggestions and recommendations. The Labor -Management Committee may <br />meet at mutually agreeable times, but not more than once a month. <br />-25- <br />151 <br />
