ARTICLE 32 <br />TERM OF AGREEMENT <br />Section 1. This Agreement shall be effective upon ratification by the PBA and the City, <br />and shall continue through September 30, 2028. <br />Section 2. In the event a new collective bargaining Agreement is not reached prior to the <br />expiration of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be binding upon the <br />parties until the ratification of a new collective bargaining Agreement. <br />Section 3. It is understood and agreed that this Agreement constitutes the total agreement <br />between the parties.
