ARTICLE 3 <br />NON-DISCRIMINATION <br />Section L. The City and the PBA agree not to discriminate against any employee <br />covered by this Agreement because of age, sex, marital status, race, color, creed, national origin, <br />religious affiliation, physical handicap or disability or sexual orientation. <br />Section 2. The parties agree not to interfere with the rights of employees to <br />become members of the PBA, or to refrain from such activities and that there shall be no discrimination, <br />interference, restraint or coercion by the parties against any employee because of membership or non <br />- membership. <br />-5- <br />131 <br />
