RESOLUTION NO. 2025 '5It <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, <br />FLORIDA, REJECTING PROPOSALS SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR <br />PROPOSAL NO. 25-08-01 TITLED "TEMPORARY HOLIDAY THEMED EXPERIENCE"; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO <br />EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, on August 15, 2025, the City of Sunny Isles Beach ("City") issued and <br />advertised Request for Proposal No. 25-08-01 (the "RFP"), titled "Temporary Holiday Themed <br />Experience"; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 12, 2025, the City received a total of three (3) electronic <br />proposals from Miami Holiday Lights, Azur Group, and Studio Party Miami; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section C-3.10 (a) of the City's Charter, the City Commission, upon <br />the recommendation of the City Manager and by a majority, has the authority to reject all <br />proposals and re -advertise; and <br />WHEREAS, all the proposals received have been rejected based on non -responsiveness in <br />Accordance with Section 2.3, Minimum Qualification Requirements, Page 12 of the RFP, and the <br />City now wishes to reject all bids received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Reiection of All Bids. The City Commission hereby rejects all bids received for <br />Request for Proposal No. 25-08-01. <br />Section 2. Authorization of the City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do <br />all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
