FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br />OF SUNNY ISLES .BEACH AND WATERFIELD FLORIDA <br />STAFFING, LLC, d/b/a STAFFING CONNECTION <br />CONTRACT NO. 2022-7963 <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT between the CITY OF SUNNV <br />ISLES BEAGII ("City") and WATERFIt' LD FLORIDA STAFFING, LLC.., d/h/ra <br />STAFFING CONNECTION, a Florida limited liability company, whose Federal Employer <br />Identification (FEI) Number is 82-4558588 ("Contractor'), executed this /D day of July, <br />2024, is made a part of the original Agreement between the City and Contractor, dated October <br />11, 2022 ("the Agreement"), attached hereto as Attachment "A." The City and Contractor hereby <br />agree as follows: <br />I. OPTION TO RENEW. Effective October 12, 2024, the City hereby elects to exercise its <br />option to renew the Agreement for one (1) year as sett forth in Section 5 of the Agreement. There <br />are two (2) remaining one (1) year renewal options. <br />2. ADDITIONAL COMPENSA'T'ION. City and Contractor also wish to amend Section 6 <br />of the Agreement. entitled "Compensation," to provide additional compensation for the one (1) <br />year renewal term, in an amount not to exceed T'wo Hundred Nineteen Thousand 'three Flundred <br />Twenty -Two Dollars and Eighty Cents ($219,322.80). The additional compensation provided <br />herein will bring the total Agreement not to exceed amount to Six Hundred Fifty -Seven Thousand <br />Nine I lundred Sixty -Eight Dollars and f=orty Cents ($657,968.40). <br />3. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein. <br />all terns and conditions ol'the original Agreement between the parties, dated October 11, 2022, <br />shall remain in full force and effect. <br />4. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
