Customer is responsible for providing all physical security. The customer is responsible for securing their <br />network. <br />3.4.6 System Updates <br />Customer shall work in good faith to allow CentralSquare to install System updates as requested by <br />CentralSquare. <br />3.5 GIS Data Maintenance <br />GIS data updates and maintenance are defined as changes to the GIS data based on actual additions or changes <br />to points (e.g. addresses), lines (e.g. roads), or layers (e.g. Emergency Service Zones) that occur after the date of <br />the software install. <br />CentralSquare will provide one (1) GIS update per month as part of this Agreement. <br />CentralSquare makes no representation or warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of the mapping data <br />provided with the CentralSquare Software.
