SpNY Is`,� <br />TO THE MANAGED SERVICES/IND <br />SECOND AMENDMENT <br />CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />ISLES BEACH AND DOUGLAS W. ROBERTSON <br />crtYfa fuH N7 <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE MANAGED SERVICES/INDEPENDENT <br />CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT between the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH (hereinafter <br />"City") and DOUGLAS W. ROBERTSON (hereinafter "Consultant"), executed this S 1 rday of <br />October 2025, is made a part of the original Managed Services/Independent Contractor Agreement, <br />dated November 27, 2023, as amended on November 25, 2024 (hereinafter "Agreement"), between the <br />City and Consultant, collectively attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein. The City <br />and Consultant hereby agree as follows: <br />1. OPTION TO RENEW. The City and Consultant hereby elect to exercise their option to <br />renew the Agreement for one (1) year, as set forth in Section IV of the Agreement. There are no <br />remaining renewal term. <br />2. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. Section II of the original Agreement between the <br />parties is hereby amended to include additional compensation for the one (1) year renewal term in <br />an amount not to exceed Thirty -Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($30,000.00) for the Services, to <br />be paid at an hourly rate of Fifty -Five Dollars ($55.00) per hour. <br />3. OTHER PROVISIONS REMM IN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein, <br />all terms and conditions of the original Agreement between the Parties, dated November 27, 2023, <br />shall remain in full force and effect. <br />4. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
