Each truck is priced at $51,237.00 for a total not to exceed amount of $102,474.00. <br />These vehicles have been budgeted as capital items in the FY25/26 budget. <br />One of these trucks will be the direct replacement of Unit 1623. It was removed from service by Fleet <br />this past fiscal year (FY24/25). <br />With the addition of these two (2) trucks to our current fleet of twelve (12) trucks, the Parks Division will <br />be able to consistently rotate vehicles out for maintenance while having enough vehicles available for <br />staff on duty without impacting day to day operations. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Upon Commission approval and the issuance of a Purchase Order to Duval Ford, the trucks should be <br />delivered to the dealership in either March or April 2026. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in Account # 001-6-5720-464200-00000. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Item Number: 9.J <br />237 <br />
