The solicitation was uploaded on DemandStar.com, and distributed to over 2,110 <br />contractors, in which 41 Contractors became Planholders. On October 27, 2025, the City received two <br />(2) electronic bid submissions, AUM Construction, Inc. and V Engineering Corp. <br />The Scope of the ITB was as follows: <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach (the "City") intends to award a contract with a licensed Contractor to <br />provide all labor, equipment, and materials to construct and bring the temporary dual left condition into <br />compliance with Miami -Dade and FDOT requirements.
