committee member may not be removed from his or her seat unless the City <br />Clerk certifies that the member has failed to attend three (3) duly noticed <br />meetings. Committee duly noticed meetings of the board and committees <br />include regular scheduled meetings and any special meetings. The City <br />Commission finds that personal illness, family emergencies, military absences, <br />family weddings, family graduation exercises, and bona fide business and <br />vacation trips constitute good cause for nonattendance at a duly noticed <br />meeting. <br />Section 2. Selection of Board Members. The City Commission hereby approves the <br />following appointments to the Historic Preservation Board for calendar years 2026 and 2027: <br />Names: <br />Jeff Giasson <br />Warren J. Stamm <br />Robert M. Richardson <br />Nataliia Onda <br />Marija Marcalyte <br />Maxim Yanovich <br />Martin. Keller <br />Section 3. Annual Reporting Requirements. The Board shall provide the Clerk of the Courts <br />and the Miami -Dade Historic Preservation Chief with a report regarding the activities of the <br />Board over the year. <br />Section 4. Rules of Procedure. The Board shall be governed by the Rules of Procedure that <br />govern the City Commission, and subject to Florida's Sunshine and Public Records Law and <br />Financial Disclosure requirements. <br />Section 5. Effective Date.
