3. Scope of Quote: Quotes include only <br />the items listed in the Bill of Materials. <br />Any additional materials, services, or <br />modifications must be quoted <br />separately. <br />4. Connectivity Assumption: Unless <br />otherwise noted, connectivity is <br />assumed to be via a department - <br />supplied cellular SIM card connected <br />to the M DC for real-time access to the <br />LEARN database. <br />5. CLK Fees: CLK fees are provided for <br />budgetary purposes only. Do not issue <br />a purchase order to Vetted Security <br />Solutions for renewal of CLK fees. <br />6. Subscription Fee Adjustments: <br />Subscription fees for investigative data <br />platforms and intelligence -led policing <br />services may increase annually by 4% <br />or more, based on vendor policies. <br />7. Taxes: The purchaser is responsible <br />for all applicable taxes, duties, <br />customs, or fees imposed by <br />government authorities. If Vetted <br />Security Solutions is required to pay <br />any such charges, the purchaser <br />agrees to reimburse Vetted or provide <br />valid exemption documentation atthe <br />time of contract. <br />8. Delivery & Scheduling: Delivery and <br />installation are subject to equipment <br />availability and scheduling, which in <br />some cases may exceed 30 days. A <br />project <br />coordinator will confirm all timelines <br />upon receipt of a signed quote or <br />purchase order. <br />9. Warranty Terms: Vetted product <br />warranties vary by item and are <br />specified below. Unless otherwise <br />stated, third -party components are <br />covered solely by their respective <br />manufacturer warranties. Customers <br />are responsible for initiating any <br />warranty claims. Vetted may assist with <br />OEM coordination but is not <br />responsible for manufacturer <br />performance or outcomes. <br />46.
