As a central hub for youth engagement —The Spot has <br />seen increased usage, making safety and security a top priority. <br />To support this goal, the department proposes the installation of a modern surveillance system tailored <br />to the facility's needs. Millenium Products Inc., a GSA -contracted vendor (Contract No. GS-07F-0031W, <br />El N: 86-1159194), has submitted a comprehensive estimate for the supply and installation of advanced <br />security equipment. Notably, Millenium Products Inc. has successfully partnered with the City on <br />previous camera projects and' is well-acquainted with our permitting and installation processes, <br />ensuring a streamlined implementation. The total project cost of the project is $64,751.99, which <br />includes all hardware, materials, labor, and shipping. <br />Additionally, this project will enhance the safety and security of The Spot by: <br />Item Number: 9.1) <br />135 <br />
