The current condition is hazardous to moving vehicles. This project is <br />complex as the drains are a custom size and require careful concrete work. MBR Construction has <br />agreed to provide said services through a piggyback agreement of Broward Sheriff's Office contract. <br />As time is of the essence, the contract Term is 90 days from NTP with a Contract amount of $239,209.00 <br />plus $50,000.00 for contingency if needed, in the amount not to exceed $289,209.00. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Copies of the complete contract file, including all exhibits and attachments, are on file with the Office of <br />the City Clerk and are available upon request. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Agreement <br />Item Number: 91 <br />273 <br />
