04 S"IINY ISCCjJ <br />FOURTH.AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES.BEACH AND <br />THE CORRADINO GROUP <br />CONTRACT NO.2022-3089 <br />THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT between the CITY Oy PUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH ("City") and THE CORRADINO GROUP ("Consultant") executed this day of <br />February. 2024, is made a part of the original Agreement dated March 2, 2022, as amended, attached hereto <br />as Attachment "A" and incorporated herein by reference, between the City and the Consultant, whose <br />Federal Identification # is 61-0713040. The City and Consultant hereby agree as follows: <br />1. RENEWING TERM. Pursuant to Section 3 of the Agreement, the Parties agree to renew the <br />Agreement for a one (1) year term. The renewal term shall commence on February 23, 2024, and shall <br />terminate on February 22, 2025. There are two (2) additional one (1) year renewal terms remaining. <br />2.. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein, all <br />terms and conditions of the original Agreement any amendments thereto, shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />3. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS. The terms, statements, requirements, or provisions contained <br />in this Fourth Amendment shall prevail and be given superior effect and priority over any conflicting or <br />inconsistent terms, statements, requirements or provisions contained in any other document or attachment, <br />including but not limited to Attachment "A". <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this document as of the date <br />mentioned above. <br />THE CORRADINO GR UP <br />BY: /jo <br />Joseph M.
