Flo�o Q <br />,THE CORRADINO GROUP <br />CONTRACT NO.2022-3089 <br />This Second Amendment to the Agreement between the CITY OF NNY ISLES BEACH <br />("City") and THE CORRADINO GROUP ("Consultant") executed this %day of February 2023, <br />is made a part of the original Agreement dated February 22nd, 2022, as amended, attached hereto as <br />Attachment "A" and incorporated herein by reference, between the City and the Consultant, whose <br />Federal Identification # is 61-0713040. The City and Consultant hereby agree as follows: <br />1. RENEWING TERM. Pursuant to Section 3 of the Agreement, the Parties agree to renew the <br />Agreement for a one (1) year term. The renewal term shall commence on February 23, 2023 and shall <br />terminate on February 22, 2024. There shall be three (3) additional one (1) year renewal terms remaining. <br />2. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein, all <br />terms and conditions of the original Agreement any amendments thereto, shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />3. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
