In July 2022, the first amendment to the agreement <br />was made to increase the compensation by $140,950.00 to accommodate a Shuttle Bus Study and to <br />add funds for planning and zoning consulting services (Reso 2022-3384). In February 2023, a second <br />amendment to the agreement was executed to renew the contract for additional one-year term. In <br />March 2023, a third amendment was executed to increase the compensation by an additional <br />$150,000.00 for planning and zoning consulting services, which brought the total contract amount not <br />to exceed $440,950.00 (Reso 2023-3480). In February 2024, the City Manager executed a Fourth <br />Amendment to the Agreement, thereby exercising the renewal options, with two (2) additional one (1) <br />year renewal terms remaining. In February 2025, the City Manager executed a Fifth Amendment to the <br />Agreement with the Consultant, thereby exercising the renewal options, with one (1) additional one (1) <br />year renewal terms remaining. <br />The City now wishes to approve the Sixth Amendment to the Agreement with The Corradino Group, <br />Inc. to renew for the final one (1) year term and provide additional compensation for planning and <br />zoning services, in an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($20,000.00), <br />bringing the total contract amount not to exceed Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty <br />Item Number: 9.D <br />6T.161 <br />
