2030 <br />13-1413C. Retain all beach access easements and enforce all associated parking and <br />use agreements. <br />The Land Development Regulations shall conform to and implement the use, intensity <br />and density standards prescribed for the Land Use Districts provided on the Future <br />Land Use Map, and detailed in policies 1415A. and 14§13. herein. Government facilities <br />shall be permitted in all Land Use Districts except Conservation, to the extent that the <br />facility is compatible with proximate land uses in accordance with Objective 4 and its <br />implementing policies. <br />Policies <br />14A. The Future Land Use Map shall identify all residential land as one of the <br />following Residential Land Use Categories: <br />Low Density - The residential densities and intensity allowed in this category <br />shall FaRge fFem a ""'ninnu"' of 21.9 tenot exceed a maximum of 6.0 dwelling <br />units per gross acre and F.A.R. of 0.6. This deRsity—category is generally <br />characterized by single family he singresidential uses that include but are not <br />limited to 4e-g-single family detached, elusteF, zero -lot -line and townhouses}. <br />Permitted nonresidential uses are limited to public recreation uses and <br />neighborhood serving community facility uses if authorized in the land <br />development regulations up to a maximum of 0.6 F.A.R. <br />Fuseapart�epis�Ag+th e)(teesiv^ suFrounding epen spaGe 9F a Mixture^f <br />Low -Medium Density - This category allows a density and intensity 4:�+ <br />maximum of 13 dwelling units per gross <br />acre and F.A.R of 0.80.
