ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Upon approval of first reading of the ordinance on November 20, 2025, the proposed text amendment <br />was transmitted to all reviewing agencies charged with reviewing Comprehensive Plan amendments, <br />per Sec. 163.3184(1)(c), Florida Statutes, as well as those agencies listed in the Intergovernmental <br />Coordination Element of the City's Comprehensive Plan. All agencies have reviewed and none provided <br />any comments or objections. Therefore, the ordinance is suitable for adoption as presented. <br />The adopted amendment must be transmitted to FloridaCommerce within ten working days after the <br />final adoption hearing or the amendment shall be deemed withdrawn pursuant to 163.318413)(c)2., F.S. <br />Under Section 163.3184(3)(c)2. and 4., F.S., the amendment effective date is 31 days after <br />FloridaCommerce notifies the City that the amendment package is complete or, if challenged, until it is <br />found to be in compliance by FloridaCommerce orthe Administration Commission. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Ordinance <br />Exhibit A - FLUE Text Amendment <br />Business Impact Estimate <br />Item Number: 8.6 <br />418 <br />
