Green Facility, Inc. has provided good service over the past two <br />years and the city wishes to renew for a 1-year term. The renewal term shall commence on February 22, <br />2026, and shall terminate on February 23, 2027 and include additional compensation for this term in the <br />amount not to exceed $190,000.00. This amount includes regular floor and carpet cleaning for all City <br />facilities as well additional on -call services and pressure washing services as needed. <br />The additional compensation provided herein will bring the total for all three years of this Agreement to <br />the not -to -exceed amount of $405,500.00. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Once approved, two additional one year renewals will remain available. <br />Item Number: 9.F <br />637 <br />
