In addition to <br />the health insurance premium, the corrected total NTE amount of $3,834,503.00 accurately <br />incorporates the approved premiums for dental, vision, life, AD&D, long-term disability, and the <br />authorized contingency. Approval of this resolution ensures the official record reflects the clear intent of <br />the City Commission. <br />The attached Resolution seeks to correct the Scrivener's Error, as follows: <br />$3,353,024.00- Health Premium <br />$159,568.00-Dental Premium <br />$20,456.00-Vision Premium <br />$101,455.00 - Life, AD& D, & Long Term Disability Premium <br />+ $200,000.00 - Contingency <br />$3,834,503.00-Total NTE Amount <br />Item Number: 9.K <br />756 <br />
