A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Approving <br /> a Request Submitted by Dezer Bluegrass, LLC. to Naive the Landscaping and Front <br /> Setback Requirements and Permit Murals and Graphics for the Construction Fence at <br /> the Bluegrass Beach Club Located at 18325 Collins Avenue; Establishing Conditions for <br /> the Relocation of the Construction Fence; Providing the City Manager and the City Attorney <br /> with the Authority To Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; Providing for <br /> an Effective Date. <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and Zoning Administrator/Planning Manager <br /> Claudia Hasbun reported. <br /> Public Speakers: Warren Stamm <br /> Warren Stamm, Esq. representing Dezer Group, said the graphics and materials are in <br /> compliance, the only thing they are asking for is a slight increase in the height of the sign <br /> structure, and to move it forward so that it is contiguous to the street so we don't have the <br /> landscaping setbacks to avoid the issue of anybody falling or having any type of material, <br /> debris in the area. This is for the Sales Center at the Bluegrass property. This is going to be <br /> another jewel in the crown of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> Commissioner Scholl moved and Vice Mayor Aelion seconded a motion to approve the <br /> resolution.
