6 <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />RFP #26-01-01 Professional Lobbying Services <br />February 18, 2026 <br />Date Founded <br />GrayRobinson was founded in Orlando, Florida, on August 26, 1970. <br />List of any current litigation that would threaten the viability of the firm or the performance of this contract. <br />In any firm with hundreds of clients and nearly 300 attorneys and advisors throughout 16 offices, there <br />may be an occasional dispute between the firm and a client. GrayRobinson and its attorneys and advisors <br />have a few disputes involving matters that would be entirely irrelevant to the City’s operational or lobbying <br />needs. GrayRobinson is contesting each dispute vigorously and expects to prevail on each or, in the worst <br />case, settle on reasonable terms that will not jeopardize the firm's financial viability. The firm is also fully <br />insured with respect to any pending claims. The GrayRobinson team is proud of its reputation for honest, <br />ethical dealings with its clients. That is our culture, and we will be pleased to bring that culture to the table <br />in the course of representing the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Identify all complaints filed with the State Department of Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, any other <br />agency maintained for consumer protection, or in any Florida court, state or federal, against your company <br />within the last five (5) years that concerned in any manner your delivery of the kinds of services requested in <br />the RFP. Provide disposition of each. <br />GrayRobinson has not had any complaints filed with the State Department of Consumer Affairs, Better <br />Business Bureau, any other agency maintained for consumer protection, or in any Florida court, state or <br />federal, against it within the last five (5) years that concerned in any manner our delivery of the kinds of <br />services requested in the RFP. <br />Proof of insurance <br />GrayRobinson maintains insurance coverage and limits as evidenced by the current certificates of <br />coverage found on the following pages. Upon award of work to GrayRobinson, custom certificate holder <br />documents will be provided to the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
