TAB 3 – Staffing The Pittman Law Group maintains a team of fully registered and compliant lobbyists and attorneys with extensive experience navigating local, state, and federal legislative and regulatory processes. The full-time professionals assigned to this contract, including their respective roles, qualifications, and relevant professional affiliations, are detailed below. For twenty-five years, our firm has provided governmental affairs and lobbying services to public-sector clients throughout Florida, including representation of more than thirteen local government entities within the past five years alone. Each key team member identified has delivered lobbying and/or legal services to at least one government agency during that period, reflecting both depth of experience and sustained municipal focus. In addition to our attorneys and government affairs professionals, PLG employs three full-time administrative staff members who provide dedicated operational, compliance, and client support, ensuring responsiveness, coordination, and seamless service delivery. As PLG’s Managing Partner and Senior Attorney, Sean provides strategic oversight and high-level advocacy for our local, state, and federal clients. A veteran of legal and legislative arenas, Sean brings more than twenty-five years of legal and lobbying experience serving public sector clients, including cities, towns, counties, transit authorities, port commissions, and intergovernmental entities. He has served in key roles across Florida government, including as staff attorney to the Florida House of Representatives, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and Governor Lawton Chiles. Sean has consistently been recognized as one of Florida’s most influential political figures by Florida Trend, Florida 500, and INFLUENCE Magazine. He regularly represents clients before state and federal legislative committees, state agencies, and legislative and executive offices on funding, policy, and regulatory priorities. For Sunny Isles Beach, Sean will be the person responsible for the coordination of the work associated with this contract. He will serve as the City’s lead strategic advisor, directing high-level engagement with policymakers, providing guidance on appropriations strategy and agency alignment, and ensuring that the firm’s advocacy efforts are coordinated and positioned to maximize the impact and success of the City’s legislative and funding priorities.
