Proposer must use this Price Sheet to submit firm’s fixed-annual all-inclusive cost for this service. <br /> <br />II. An authorized officer per the Proposer’s Sunbiz must completed the attached table. <br /> <br />III. This cost is inclusive of all related expenses including contract administration, technical assistance to <br />the City, personnel training and certification, services for security, safety, travel, and associated actions <br />necessary for the Project by the Proposer as defined in the RFP and Contract.
