3. Staffing <br />All employees of the Proposer shall be considered to be at all times the sole employees of the Proposer, under the Proposer's sole <br />direction, and not employees or agents of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Uniforms should be clean, neat and appropriate. <br />Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel of subcontractors, that will be assigned to this <br />project and experience and qualifications of subcontractors. Provide sufficient staff for event, including a designated event <br />representative assigned to manage the event. The size and experience of the company staff pool from which staff assigned to the <br />management contract can be drawn. <br />The composition of the staff team should include; <br />• The name(s) of the full-time employees in the area responsible for this contract <br />• Their function in the company. <br />• The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work. <br /> <br />Ronald L. Book, P.A. is a boutique lobbying and government affairs firm composed of six <br />professionals dedicated to delivering highly impactful results. The support staff <br />provides critical operational and research assistance, ensuring the lobbying team can deliver results <br />for clients. The firm does not measure its work by hours but by the successful completion of the <br />tasks and objectives for its clients. This focused structure allows Ronald L. Book, P.A. to offer <br />tailored, high-quality services while maintaining the agility needed to navigate Florida’s legislative <br />landscape effectively. <br /> <br />Our team for this contract is composed entirely of full-time employees who are based in South <br />Florida year-round and in Tallahassee during committee weeks, the regular legislative session, and <br />any special sessions, ensuring consistent oversight and seamless service continuity. <br /> <br />No subcontractors will be engaged in the execution of this contract. <br /> <br />During committee weeks and the legislative session, the firm’s lobbyists operate 24/7, providing <br />constant advocacy, monitoring, and strategic adjustments as needed. Outside of session, the team <br />works tirelessly to prepare, strategize, and execute directives until the job is done. Additionally, <br />the firm benefits from the support of seasonal interns from Florida State University during the <br />legislative session, who assist with client support, legislative monitoring, and other essential tasks. <br />Our full-time support staff are also available during session to ensure operational continuity.
