Staffing <br />All employees of the Proposer shall be considered to be at all times the sole employees <br />of the Proposer, under the Proposer's sole direction, and not employees or agents of the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach. Uniforms should be clean, neat and appropriate. Relevant <br />experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel of <br />subcontractors, that will be assigned to this project and experience and qualifications of <br />subcontractors. Provide sufficient staff for event, including a designated event <br />representative assigned to manage the event. The size and experience of the company <br />staff pool from which staff assigned to the management contract can be drawn. <br /> <br />The composition of the staff team should include; <br />• The name(s) of the full-time employees in the area responsible for this <br />contract <br />• Their function in the company. <br />• The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of <br />work. <br /> <br />4. Approach / Methodology <br />Proposer’s approach methodology to providing the services. <br />▪ Proposer’s approach methodology to providing the services requested in this <br />solicitation <br />▪ Legislative tracking, analysis, and strategic advocacy <br />▪ Development of a City legislative platform and funding priorities <br />▪ Coordination with City Commission, Manager’s Office, and key departments <br />▪ Communications and reporting protocols <br />▪ Interaction with legislative staff, agency officials, and associations <br />▪ Approaches to securing state appropriations, grants, and favorable policy <br />outcomes <br /> <br /> 5. Cost of Services <br />Proposers shall submit in their price proposal in Exhibit A below any pricing conditions <br />or contingencies which must be clearly stated. <br /> <br />6. References <br />Each Proposer must submit a list of three (3) references of Current and Past Customers <br />in the last five (5) years of which they have provided services similar in scope and size of <br />those described herein. <br />• Each Reference questionnaire (found below) must be signed with contact <br />person and phone number.
