The total cost of this procurement will not exceed $152,597.00, with
individual vehicle costs of $75,506.00 and $77,091.00.
Upon assignment of the new vehicles, the currently assigned Command Staff vehicles will be reassigned
to the Special Enforcement Unit (SEU) to replace existing SEU vehicles that are older, have sustained
normal wear and tear through regular operational use, and are due for replacement. This fleet -
cascading approach allows for the Police Department to maximize vehicle service life, maintain
operational readiness for specialized enforcement functions, and manage fleet resources in a fiscally
responsible and efficient manner.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The lead-time for the vehicles is 30 - 60 days.
Copies of the complete contract, including all exhibits and attachments, are on file with the Office of the
City Clerk and are available upon request.
Item Number: 9.G
695
