Therefore, the new contract total amount with this amendment is $965,000. <br />This First Amendment also extends the contract term by six months, through August 23, 2027, and <br />updates the payment schedule so that the initial 20% payment is divided evenly between the <br />design/installation phase (10%) and the permitting phase (10%). <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated from account # 160-6-5730-464150-99016. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />First Amendment - Neon Signs <br />Item Number: 9.J <br />716 <br />
