Review for required outside <br />agency permits, impacts to City Right of Way, and compliance with <br />previous city comments and conditions. <br />- Perform or assign other CGA staff to perform R/W permit inspections <br />• Civil / Environmental Engineering Activities shall include but not limited to: <br />Roadway Design Review: Detailed engineering review for the design of <br />construction roadways within State, County or Local rights -of -way and <br />similar facilities. <br />- These services may include any aspect of the following: <br />• Traffic studies and traffic calming projects reviewed and implemented <br />as needed to maintain city traffic ordinances. <br />• Reports and Analysis for compliance reports to USEPA, FDEP, Miami <br />Dade, DERM <br />• Environmental assessments and testing <br />• Grant Assistant and writing <br />• Attend meetings with City staff. and presentations to City Council <br />• Evaluation and Design <br />• Structural inspections and recommendations to align with the Capital <br />Improvement 5 year plan. <br />Maintain digital files for all projects related to Public Works and the <br />Capital Improvement Program. Files to include plans developed on <br />AutoCAD's latest version and supporting documents. <br />• Construction support services <br />• Project Management for Capital Improvement projects on publicly <br />owned real property and Right of Way land. <br />• Prepare RFQ and RFB documentations to implement city studies, <br />project feasibility, design work for construction and Capital <br />Improvements Program. <br />Coordinate construction process including bid evaluation, awarding, <br />scheduling, and construction administration of Capital <br />Improvement/Public Works projects. <br />
