The <br />proposed gate arm would not require a key fob, transponder, or other access -control device, and the <br />roadway would remain open to the public. <br />At this time, the City Manager is requesting direction from the City Commission on the pursuit of <br />developing the necessary agreement(s) before investing significant staff time in drafting and <br />coordination. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Atlantic Isles Civic Association Letter <br />Item Number: 9.S <br />956 <br />
