Page 4 of 4 <br />(7) The grant of the variance is in harmony with the general intent and purpose of these <br />LDRs, is not injurious to the neighborhood, or otherwise detrimental to the public safety <br />and welfare and will not substantially diminish or impair property values within the <br />vicinity. <br />The granting of the variances is in harmony with the general intent and purpose of the <br />LDRs and does not cause harm to the neighborhood or surrounding properties. Indeed, the <br />neighbor to the north of the Property is affiliated with the owner of the subject Property. _ <br />Accordingly, there is virtually no risk of negative impacts on the neighborhood. On the <br />contrary, the .proposed use/structure is temporary in nature and will be utilized to help market <br />and sell units for the Multifamily Project, which is in furtherance of the continued economic <br />development and positive growth of the City. <br />Please find enclosed with the Applications various required supporting documents and <br />materials.
