APPLICATION SUMMARY <br />Application Number: PZ2025-08 <br />Application Summary: The Applicant is requesting site plan approval for the proposed <br />development project called, "Miami Beach Club," which consists <br />of a 62-story residential condominium tower with 524,212.8 sq. ft. <br />of floor area, including a 2,390 sq. ft. private restaurant, and 145 <br />residential dwelling units. The project will utilize development <br />bonuses and purchase Transferable Development Rights (TDRs) <br />from the City's public TDR bank.
